Stericlin® seal seam integrity tests
For routine testing of seal seams according to DIN EN ISO 11607
Stericlin® seal seam integrity tests are easy to perform and detect quickly channels and voids of the seal seam. In combination with the Seal Test they offer the comprehensive and secure routine testing for the heat sealing process.
For specifications, see the DGSV guidelines for the validation of packaging processes according to ISO 11607-2. The use of ink tests is required in Appendix A.7.3 and A.7.4 (page 23/24).
We offer the seal seam integrity tests in two basic versions: „pipette“ and „disposable ink bag“. Our seal seam integrity tests are free of Triton X.
