Indicator strips Type 4 (EO)

EO Type 4 indicator strips are multi-parameter indicators in accordance with ISO 11140-1 that monitor the effects of parameters relevant to EO sterilization: ethylene oxide concentration, temperature, humidity, and time. Only upon compliance with all parameters a correct colour change does appear. Deviations reliably reveal process errors.

The indicator strips are easy to use:
• Place the indicator strips in the desired locations
• Run the EO sterilization program
• Remove the indicator strips
• Check the result

If the EO exposure is sufficient, the indicator changes color from blue to yellow. If the color change is incomplete, there is a malfunction in the EO sterilizer or the process parameters.
The stericlin® EO indicator strips meet the requirements of ISO 11140-1 for multi-parameter indicators.

After the initial colour change, the colour of the indicator no longer changes. This gives you completely secure documentation.
